Complete interior design working process

  • 1. Consultation and Programing

    The first phase after establishing contact, we undertake a survey of existing documents, floorplans, and we assess the existing conditions.

    Together with our clients we work on clearly defining the brief of the project. We create timelines, align expectations and we discuss the budget and priorities what is important to invest.

  • 2. Conceptual Design

    We craft moodboards and create an artistic vision that resonates harmoniously with our clients. We thoroughly understand our clients' aspirations, ensuring we capture every important detail without losing their true essence in the process.

    Based on those outcomes we prepare graphic materials that describe each design concept we have. We carefully review it with our clients and we select the design concepts to be developed.

  • 3. Design Development

    In this phase we work in translating the brief, moodboard and the conceptual designs into a tangible project. We create 3D and 2D models that showcase our ideas. This is the stage where we involve the contractor for a preliminary pricing and check for technical limitations.

  • 4. Material and Finish Selection

    We select the perfect materials, finishes, and color schemes that align with our design concept. From exquisite fabrics to luxurious flooring options, we curate a palette that elevates the ambiance and creates a cohesive aesthetic throughout your space.

  • 5. Custom made furniture

    Either part of a bigger project, or as an independent one - we design, develop and deliver custom made furniture.

    This can range from fitted furniture to upholstered, either way we select all the right fabrics or materials and we take care of the installation.

  • 6. Construction Preparation and Procurement

    We prepare the drawings for the construction and we create the construction timeline and logistics.

    We also purchase construction resources (tiles, paint, laminate etc) and we purchase or preorder the furniture items.

  • 7. Construction Administration

    A.K.A Project Management - In this phase we oversee the construction process from tiles, electrical, ceiling to electrical fixtures. We also check the installation of the custom made elements and during this phase we keep track if we need to order additional materials.

    Construction can be a wild ride because especially if it’s an older building, we don’t know what we will find under all those layers. Therefore it’s very important to keep an overview and adapt to the situation.

  • 8. Styling and Accessorising

    The final step in our process involves styling and accessorizing your interiors, adding the finishing touches that bring character and warmth to your space. We curate and arrange décor items, textiles, and artwork to enhance the overall aesthetic and create a space that feels inviting and invitingly lived-in.

  • 9. Photography and Project Handover

    At the end of your project, we provide you with a carefully prepared project book in both printed and digital formats. Your feedback is highly valued as we strive to continuously improve our services.

    To showcase our work, we organize a professional photoshoot of your newly designed space. This helps us capture the essence of the project and serves as a reference for future endeavors.
